I have been craving new shoes lately. Specifically wedges. There is a new kind of wedge popping up everywhere called flatforms, and I just don't know if I like them or not. However, like I've said before, sometimes I am hesitant and resist things and then later wind up loving them. Well, I guess they aren't technically a wedge. But they resemble wedges so that's what I compare them to.
Enter the case of hating Succulents. When these little plants starting showing up in every single floral arrangement on every single wedding blog I read I didn't understand what was so great about them. But in true Kristy fashion, I have since come to love them. They really are pretty, and if I can find some I will be planting them soon.
So, maybe I will jump on board and love these awkward shoes.

What do you think? Can you rock flatforms? When I saw this blog post from one of my favorite bloggers last night I have to say it swayed my hatred for them into "hmmm, maybe". They look super cute on her!
I like the "flatforms!" Mostly because I have feet issues, so they look more comfortable for me, and I think they are cute.
ReplyDeleteHave you worn anything similar? Does it offer more support? I guess the reason I don't like them so much is because they look heavy and hard to walk in to me. But if they are more comfortable that would sway me even more haha!

ReplyDeleteBut I really wanted to talk about succulents - I LOVE them. They're hearty and hard to kill! Lowe's has them, though not a HUGE selection but they have about 8-10 types to choose from. I just got 2 new ones the other day and planted them in clear glass jars (love!).
I'm glad to know Lowe's has them. I didn't see any at Home Depot the other day, but then again I wasn't really looking either. Another friend told me the Plant Lady has some. I will have to get out to her and see!
